Identify and approach potential clients across Pharma, Food & Beverages, Specialty Chemicals, and other industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and solution discussion
Understand customer requirements and propose tailored automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, IIoT, Control Panels).
Collaborate with the engineering team for BOQ preparation, costing, and technical proposals.
Prepare and deliver techno-commercial offers aligned with client objectives.
Coordinate with project teams during project execution for seamless client experience.
Support clients during commissioning, FAT/SAT, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Maintain updated sales pipelines, prepare regular reports, and achieve sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
0-5 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales & VFD.
Good understanding of PLC, SCADA, DCS, IIoT solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented with a passion for technology.
