Job Description

Technical Support

:

Preparing business plans for promoting Fire & Gas/Signalling Units and other products handled related to Oil & Gas & Power Industries. Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responding to technical inquiries.

Customer Engagement:

Identifying and developing new customers /applications. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with clients.

Solution Development

: Generating new inquiries by frequent customer visits & product influence. Work with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.

Product Training:

Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on product features, benefits, and applications. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies. Sales Collaboration: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support the sales process.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
