Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, responsible for selling air compressors to industrial customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories/industries through field sales.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular field visits and interactions.

3. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites.

4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

5. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in compressor sales or related equipment sales, preferably with field sales experience. Strong technical knowledge of air compressors and industrial applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field sales role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
