Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the liquid packaging market segment.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of the company's liquid packaging products and technologies.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers during the sales process, addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
Conduct regular meetings and communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Address any customer issues promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions.
Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Highlight the unique selling points and technical capabilities of our liquid packaging solutions.
Address technical questions and concerns to instil confidence in our products.
