Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of industrial products at customer sites.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial products and specialized industries.
Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
