Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Transformer Service Sales or Industrial Electrical Service Sales
Proven track record in selling transformer-related services such as:
Overhauling & refurbishment
Oil filtration & dehydration
Breakdown & preventive maintenance
Testing & diagnostics
AMC/PMC contracts
Commissioning & installation services
Experience handling industrial, utility, EPC, OEM and government sector clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales of Transformer Service offerings in assigned regions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers across industries, utilities, EPCs, and OEMs.
Promote and sell services including transformer repair, installation, oil diagnostics, maintenance contracts, and condition monitoring.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and service scope documents tailored to customer needs.
Conduct site visits, evaluate requirements, and provide technical and commercial support.
Negotiate terms, convert inquiries into orders, and coordinate with the service execution team for project completion.
Maintain customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support marketing initiatives such as presentations and seminars.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and ensure timely payment collection and reporting.
Analyze competitors and recommend pricing strategies.
Travel frequently within assigned zones to meet business goals.
