Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer for a full-time hybrid position located in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in material handling equipment industry and operate at a mid-level position, contributing to Jost's commitment to providing innovative material handling solutions. The role requires a strong foundation in technical knowledge and sales acumen, along with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Technical knowledge to effectively understand and communicate the capabilities and advantages of our products and solutions to clients. (Mandatory skill)

  • Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and engage stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and continuous relationship building.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to cultivate and maintain profitable and productive client relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to serve as an expert resource for clients and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by establishing connections with potential customers and understanding their needs.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of client projects and the alignment of deliverables with client expectations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements that meet the interests of both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and results using customer relationship management tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential impacts on current and future sales strategies.
  • Work closely with clients post-sale to ensure successful product implementation and address any issues or questions that arise.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and requests to improve our service offerings continuously.
