Sales Engineer - Electrical Panels & Switchgears.

Locations : Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar and Surat - Gujarat. (Required Candidates from Respecive Locations Only)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a technical-sales liaison, interpreting client electrical specifications for LV/MV panel solutions. Identify and engage potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations showcasing switchgear capabilities. Follow up persistently with clients, negotiate terms, and close orders to meet sales targets. Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Collaborate with the engineering team to customize products according to client needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand for strategic insight. Remain updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitive landscape. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of switchgear. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review and strategy adjustment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM systems. Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in B.E Electrical 2 years and above experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in the electrical panel or switchgear industry and Cable Industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales-related tools. Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of electrical panels such as

MCC, PCC, APFC, and Drives Panels.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to build and manage good relations with clients.
