Customer mapping

Understanding customer requirements

Review the feasibility of customer requirements

Customer Objection Handling

Preparation of techno-commercial offer

Negotiations and follow ups for Purchase Order

Contract Review

Inter-Departmental Correspondence

Co-ordination with respective departments for smooth order processing

Collection of Payments

Confirmation of Sales Invoice booking at customer end

Follow up with customers for payments.

Account reconciliation on monthly basis.

Recovery of relevant statutory documents

Customer Satisfaction

Ensuring continuous feedback from customers in the form of performance certificates and feedback forms

Existing customer handling

Mapping of complete requirement of existing customers & market segments.

Offer them products and solutions to solve pain area of customer.

Customer Relationship Management

Inviting customers for factory visits/training programs/exhibitions etc.

Interacting with them on regular basis.

Increase profitability of business.

Offer value added services

Better planning to achieve 100% of sales forecasting.
