Key Responsibilities
:
Assist in Identifying and developing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for recycled rubber products and machinery.
Understand technical aspects of rubber recycling processes and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Sales documentation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Maintain and update client details, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's offerings.
Provide after-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams for problem resolution.
Qualification
:
B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Rubber Technology, or related field from institute of repute.
Experience
:
0-3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in rubber, polymer, or recycling industries.
Technical Skills
:
Understanding of rubber materials, recycling processes, and related equipment.
Required Skills
:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and result-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to travel extensively
