Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and manage dealer and distributor networks across the assigned territory.
Develop new industrial clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and provide basic technical support.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and collect customer feedback.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and dealer meets.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience
in welding or industrial product sales.
Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering.
Prior experience in dealer network development is preferred.
