We are looking for a motivated and technically sound
Sales Engineer
to join our Solar division in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a background in solar/renewable energy sales, a strong technical understanding of solar products, and the ability to drive business growth through customer engagement and project support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
Engage with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors to promote solar solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Conduct site assessments and provide appropriate system design recommendations.
Achieve sales targets and maintain healthy client relationships.
Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and government policies related to solar energy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable preferred).
2-4 years of experience in sales/business development in the
solar/renewable energy sector
.
Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, modules, and related equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/solar designing tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Pay: ₹11,059.56 - ₹50,250.60 per month
