Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive sales and business growth in the medical and industrial equipment segment. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to provide product solutions, support clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

? Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical and industrial sectors.

? Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.

? Understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions.

? Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and quotations.

? Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

? Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams.

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.

? Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

? Collaborate with internal teams including service, logistics, and product development.

Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Polytechnic or a related technical field.

? Open to freshers with relevant educational background.

? 1-3 years of experience in technical sales (preferred in medical or industrial equipment).

? Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

? Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
