Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation and robotics industry.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
2 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or motion control systems.
Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, sensors, robotic arms, and automation systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Willingness to travel as required
