Job Description

We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in:



ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / BE Civil or Mechanical Engineering
MBA graduates (with technical exposure are an added advantage)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver complete business and technical support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project specifications, material negotiations, and pricing for civil and industrial infrastructure projects.
- Understand and interpret application drawings, technical specifications, compliance norms, and adapt to varying market needs across India and beyond.
- Exhibit strong presentation and communication skills.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of contractors, consultants, and clients based on application requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including timely payment collection.
- Achieve a minimum of ten new specification approvals annually and contribute to regional business growth.

Candidate Requirements



- Strong passion for sales and the ability to learn quickly
- Willingness to work in the field and constantly upskill
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent command of MS Office tools
- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Skilled in delivering engaging and impactful presentations

Tamil Nadu: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai

Kerala: Ernakulam, Calicut, Thrissur, Trivandrum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
