Job Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, industry research, and site visits in Jalandhar and surrounding areas, while presenting UPS, battery, and servo stabilizer features to meet power backup needs.? Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, prepare technical proposals, and ensure post-sales support including installations and after-sales service to exceed sales targets.? Conduct market analysis, track sales performance with CRM tools, collaborate with technical teams, and stay updated on power product trends like lithium batteries and rotary UPS.?
Qualifications and Experience

Candidates need a BTech degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field, plus 5+ years in sales of power products such as UPS systems, batteries, inverters, or servo stabilizers.?
Strong technical knowledge of AC/DC circuits, UPS applications, battery management, and stabilizers is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and a valid driving license for field work in Jalandhar.?
Proven track record in B2B sales, relationship building, and achieving quotas in the electrical/power sector, preferably with industrial clients in Punjab.?

Key Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for demos and client meetings.? Self-motivated with business acumen to handle complex sales cycles and competitor analysis.? Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot power solutions, and coordinate with service teams
