We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined

Sales Engineer (Fresher)

to support our construction-related product sales. The candidate will learn to understand client requirements, provide suitable technical solutions, and assist in achieving sales targets while developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the company's construction products, services, and solutions. Identify potential clients in construction, infrastructure, and contractor segments. Assist senior sales team members in preparing and delivering technical presentations. Support in generating leads, inquiries, and site visits. Collect customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams. Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and documentation. Maintain CRM records, follow up with customers, and support order closing. Participate in market research and competitor analysis. Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and consultants. Ensure timely reporting and support in after-sales activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields. Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction. Good communication and presentation skills. Basic understanding of construction materials, equipment, or engineering concepts (preferred).
