Sales Engineers

to drive specification, sales conversion, and market expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and specify Building Support Systems for MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection applications Liaise with consultants, architects, developers, and designers for product specification and approvals Provide technical data, drawings, and compliance support as per project requirements Track project pipelines from design stage to order conversion Identify new projects, customers, and market opportunities Convert approved specifications into confirmed orders Lead pricing discussions and finalize commercial terms Achieve sales targets, margins, and profitability goals Monitor billing, collections, and payment follow-ups Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
