Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current Data Centre Accounts
Develop new Business accounts across Pan India
Coordinate with International Key Accounts Team for proper management of current international accounts.
Identify and address client needs and challenges.
Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
Negotiate contracts and establish performance timelines in coordination with the Legal & Finance teams.
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit through up-selling and cross-selling.
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
Expand relationships and bring in new clients
Analyse the market and its developments, including competitor data, and anticipate trends, in order to define or adjust a strategy for each of the Major Accounts for which one is responsible
Ensure internal and external coordination with the various stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, customer service, supply chain, legal) by ensuring the consistency of commercial agreements and their proper implementation.
Define commercial budgets and monitor the performance of major accounts
Promote new offers to customers.
Skillsets
Electrical / Electronics engineering background, with UPS Products experience being a plus.
Ability to work across multiple Business verticals.
High level of flexibility.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Solution-oriented action and customer orientation.
