JOB DESCRIPTION

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and generate sales enquiries. This involves both showroom and field visits, as well as networking with potential customers, financers, and bodybuilders. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and coordinating the smooth delivery of the vehicle. Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed product information and appropriate vehicle/financing options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Achieve individual and dealership sales targets for volume and market share as per company goals. Participate in local marketing activities, customer meets, and promotional events organized by the dealership. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A Diploma, Graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech, B.Com, BBA) is typically required, with specialization in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Sales & Marketing preferred. Experience requirements can range from 0-5 years, depending on the specific role (fresher vs. senior executive). Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales is highly valued. A strong technical knowledge of the product (passenger cars, commercial trucks, buses, etc.) is essential.
