The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of JCB machinery & equipment,
Backhoe loaders
and other construction machinery. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in the construction, mining, and industrial sectors. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for JCB machinery & equipment.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of JCB products and their applications.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Offer expert advice and technical support to customers.
Sales Reporting:
Develop and implement effective sales reports to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers.
Ensure successful closure of deals and follow up on post-sale activities.
Coordinate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Collaboration & Training:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Share best practices and insights with the sales team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
