Position Overview

We are seeking a

Sales Engineer - Fresher

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for young Mechanical graduates/diploma holders to begin a career in industrial sales within the machine manufacturing sector. The candidate will receive guidance and training in understanding machinery, industrial marketing, and customer management while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior sales engineers in generating leads and identifying potential customers. Learn and understand technical specifications of machines and manufacturing processes. Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical presentations. Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and order status. Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, service) for timely execution of customer requirements. Participate in client visits, trade shows, and exhibitions to gain industry exposure. Maintain sales reports and customer records under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Qualifications

Education:

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

OR

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

OR

ITI Mechanical.

Experience:

0-1 year (industrial training/internship in sales or manufacturing preferred).

Age Group:

21-25 years.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of machines, manufacturing processes, and industrial applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm to learn sales strategies and customer engagement. Self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to build a career in sales. Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
