We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Mechanical Engineering and a strong interest in sales, customer relationship management, and technical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Present and demonstrate products/solutions to clients with a focus on value addition.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Provide post-sales support, including technical assistance and client training.
Required Skills & Competencies
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer handling in a technical/engineering field.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical products, systems, or solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Experience
2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer/Business Development Engineer in mechanical or industrial products.
Experience in handling B2B clients and industrial sectors.
