Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven sales experience in the elevator or industrial engineering domain. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client

relationships, and delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned territory.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and consultants.
Prepare techno-commercial offers and lead price negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and technical advancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
4 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably elevators, construction equipment, or capital
goods).

Strong technical aptitude and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with consultants, builders, and real estate developers.
Knowledge of elevator systems and safety standards is a strong plus.
Experience handling large infrastructure or high-rise projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
