Generate high-quality sales leads through digital and physical channels
Engage with existing and new industrial customers to promote company products
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Work independently and proactively manage the sales pipeline
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi
Handle sales of industrial flowmeters against other technologies (Vortex, Positive Displacement, Coriolis Mass, etc.)
Understand industrial automation, process plants, engineering processes, and instrumentation applications
Prepare presentations, proposals, and technical/commercial offers
Create reports and documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Forecast, secure, renew, and negotiate orders while achieving assigned sales targets
Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders, payments, and dispatch clearances
Coordinate internally for order execution
Prepare and issue Customer Project Completion Letters
Track competitor pricing, market behavior, and industry developments
Conduct regular customer visits across India
Use own vehicle for local city visits as required
Qualification:
Mandatory
Engineering Graduate (BE / B.Tech/Diploma)
Good to have
MBA, Management Diploma, MTech/ME
Experience
5 TO 7 years of experience in Industrial / Technical / Engineering Sales
Experience in instrumentation, automation, or industrial equipment sales preferred
