We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and committed
Sales Executive
with strong technical sales skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-site customer engagement and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Select and focus on target accounts to achieve sales order booking goals
Visit clients on-site to understand their technical and operational requirements
Present and demonstrate company products, explaining technical features and benefits
Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to provide customized solutions
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Attend industry exhibitions, events, and product training programs
Prepare and submit regular sales activity, pipeline, and forecast reports
Required Candidate Profile
Pleasant and likable personality
Excellent listening and communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel extensively
Own vehicle with valid driving license preferred
Education & Qualification
Graduate / B.E. Mechanical / MBA (Marketing)
Relevant sales experience in engineering or technical products preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
