Job Description

As an HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be the critical link between our cutting-edge HVAC technology and the customer's specific needs. This role is a perfect blend of technical solutions and proactive sales. You will be responsible for designing for HVAC systems,

identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships across the Maharashtra C Goa region.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Actively research, prospect, and execute cold calling campaigns to generate new sales leads within the assigned territory (Pune and surrounding areas).

Interaction with customer:

Conduct site visits, assess client requirements (for residential, commercial, or industrial spaces), and technically present the most suitable HVAC solutions (e.g., split, ducted, VRF systems).

Sales s Negotiation:

Prepare compelling quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and forecasts using reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Presentation:

Create and deliver professional sales presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint) demonstrating the technical advantages and value proposition of our HVAC products.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in HVAC sales or projects Good knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and specifications Proficiency in MS Office and basic HVAC software/tools

Skills:



Technical Acumen:

Basic understanding of HVAC principles, components, and system types is highly desirable. Training will be provided, but a quick learner with technical aptitude is a must.

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for reporting/quotes, Word for proposals, PowerPoint for presentations).

Mandatory:

Must be flexible to move around Pune extensively and possess a 2- wheeler with a valid driving license.

: As per industry Standards (Based on experience C Skills)
