Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers in the manufacturing sector
Handle technical sales inquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for order execution
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order finalization
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and customer visit reports
Skills & Requirements
Good technical knowledge of manufacturing products/processes
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and basic documentation
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
Customer-focused with problem-solving approach

Experience in B2B technical sales in a manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of costing, pricing, and commercial terms
