Sales Engineer (3-4 Years Experience)Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to drive technical sales, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and lead generation in assigned regions/industry segments.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred).
3-4 years of experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
Willingness to travel for client visits and field activities.
