Perform heat-load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals for HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, VRF, package units, etc.)
Review mechanical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients during design and bidding
Manage the sales cycle: lead generation ? technical discussion ? proposal ? negotiation ? order finalization
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
MEP Project/Technical Sales:
Work with MEP contractors to understand mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements
Review tender documents and ensure compliance with standards
Conduct site visits to identify installation constraints and propose solutions
Assist project teams during installation, testing, and commissioning
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
