We are hiring a dynamic Sales & Application Engineer to join our growing automation team!

About the Role
You will be responsible for lead follow-ups, understanding customer requirements, preparing technical quotations, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth project delivery. This role includes both sales and application engineering responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound & outbound leads and convert them into opportunities
Understand client requirements and prepare technical solutions, BOQ & quotations
Handle RFQs, proposals, and commercial discussions
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities
Coordinate with technical, production, logistics & accounts teams
Visit clients for meetings, demos, and site understanding
Assist with documentation, reporting & basic marketing activities
What We're Looking For
Degree/Diploma
in Electrical / Electronics / E&TC / Instrumentation
0-3 years
of experience in industrial automation or engineering sales (preferred)
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical requirements and design suitable solutions
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
