Sales / Business Development Executive
to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring the closure of sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify new prospects through field visits, digital platforms, references, and industry networking.
Customer Follow-up:
Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Client Meetings:
Visit clients on-site to understand requirements, deliver presentations, and maintain rapport.
Sales Data Analysis:
Track and analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with the management team.
MIS & Reporting:
Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to sales, follow-ups, and performance KPIs.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Engage in commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely deal closure.
CRM & Documentation:
Maintain updated records of clients, interactions, and quotations using CRM tools and internal documentation formats.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Estimation, Production, and Accounts) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Analytical mindset to understand and report sales data
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or any related field
MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
