2. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify potential customers in industries such as

Generate leads through field visits, calls, exhibitions, online platforms.
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends.
Technical Presentation & Demonstration
Understand customer requirements (material type, thickness, accuracy, production volume).
Suggest suitable machine models
Perform product demos at customer site or company demo centre.
Explain machine features, software, cutting quality, maintenance, and ROI.
Quotation & Negotiation
Prepare professional quotations with technical specifications and commercial terms.
Explain pricing, warranty, AMC, installation, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate price and close deals while maintaining company margin.
Maintain strong follow-up until order confirmation.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain database of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions (CRM).
Build long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and key customers.
Provide after-sales coordination (installation, training, service support).
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports.
Maintain competitor data, product comparison, and market insights.
Assist marketing team with product brochures, videos, and sample cutting files.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of

Technical knowledge of materials (fabric, leather, acrylic, MDF, cardboard, foam).
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

4. Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in
