The sales engineer will drive revenue growth by doing visits to the potential customers, identify new segments, acquire new customers (End Users, OEMs, Dealers). The role demands technical knowledge, negotiation & communication skills, and a focus on customer engagement in the equipment manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Support dealers & Oems for sales & marketing
Manage and grow key accounts by building strong client relationships.
Acquire new customers through targeted visits, exhibitions, and networking.
Expand dealer and OEM network
Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate CRM reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Service, R&D, Dispatch) to ensure smooth delivery and support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic etc..
1+ years of industrial equipment sales experience
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
