Key Responsibilities: ₹ Identify and develop new business opportunities for control panels across industries (Real Estate, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, Power, etc.). ? Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales. ? Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in coordination with the design/engineering team. ? Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos for prospective clients. ? Prepare and deliver quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals. ? Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. ? Coordinate with the production team for order execution and timely delivery. ? Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. ? Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management. Requirements: ₹ Experience: 2-5 years in sales of electrical products, preferably Control Panels / Switchgear / Automation Solutions. ? Strong technical knowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Distribution Boards. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ? Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. ? Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. ? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
