Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1-5 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales (preferred in manufacturing, automation, or machinery).
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel for client visits and exhibitions.
