We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the
tooling industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong
client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire potential customers within the assigned territory.
Provide technical expertise by understanding customer requirements and offering
appropriate tooling solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight value and benefits.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to
management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to
support business growth
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related
field.
2 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the tooling or manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge of tooling products and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with effective time management.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
