Job Description

We are looking for a salesperson with an engineering background to cater to the western area of Mumbai (Vasai-Andheri). The key responsibilities of the ideal candidate are as follows:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and contact potential clients through networking, cold calls, social media, and market research.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Effectively present products or services, tailored to the needs of prospective customers.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement:

Work diligently to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Reporting & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and performance using CRM software.

Market Awareness:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and provide a seamless client experience.

Event Participation:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

Communication Skills:

Essential for presenting products, negotiating, and building rapport with clients.

Negotiation Skills:

Critical for closing deals and agreeing on terms with customers.

Relationship Building:

The ability to establish trust and maintain long-term connections with clients.

Product Knowledge:

A deep understanding of the products or services being sold.

Organizational Skills:

For managing client records, sales pipelines, and achieving targets effectively.

Market Knowledge:

The ability to conduct research and understand market dynamics and customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
