We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with proven experience in the process industry engineering services domain to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business development activities, managing customer accounts, and supporting the sales cycle primarily in the India & Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Middle East region.
Engage with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth strategy.
Report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in sales/business development within process industry engineering services.
Strong understanding of Instrumentation, Electrical, Control & Automation engineering services, Piping (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to Middle East countries as required.
