Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Sales Engineer : 2-3 years of experience

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Research and connect with prospective businesses using industry databases, news sources, social media, and company websites.

2. Identify potential customers for sales opportunities through phone calls, cold calls, networking, referrals, and community events.

3. Qualify and develop high-quality sales leads to maximize potential opportunities.

4. Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers within prospective organizations.

5. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services tailored to client needs.

6. Draft sales proposals, specifying materials, equipment, estimates, and timelines.

7. Develop and maintain processes for lead management and pipeline tracking to achieve revenue targets.

8. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contract negotiation and customer training.

9. Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences to expand network and visibility.

10. Negotiate and close deals efficiently while addressing customer objections and concerns.

11. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

12. Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

1. Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes.

2. Proficiency in marketing and negotiation techniques.

3. In-depth knowledge of products, industry segments, and relevant applications.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management abilities.

8. Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

9. Quick learner with a passion for sales.

10. Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
