Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Area Sales Manager

to promote and sell our range of high-quality hospital ICU and OT (Operation Theatre) products, including DVT Pumps, Air Mattress, Patient Warmers, Syringe Pumps, Stirrups, Endoscopy instruments, video trolleys, OT lights, and OT tables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.

Market Research and Customer Acquisition:

Identify potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.

Product Presentation and Demonstration:

Present and demonstrate the functionality and benefits of OT products to clients. Provide technical guidance and support during product trials and installations.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, surgeons, and procurement teams. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service and support.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Training and Development:

Stay updated on product features, medical industry trends, and competitor activities. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Skills and Competencies:



Proven sales experience, preferably in medical or hospital equipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach. Basic knowledge of operation theatre setups and equipment is an advantage.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales (preferably in healthcare or medical devices). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
