Daily customer visit plan and ensuring fruitful customer visits with inquiry generation...reporting daily visits in the prescribed format
Meeting decision makers as well the shop floor team and creating projects where Heimatec can contribute in terms of cycle time reductions
Handling customer calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries and organizing min one marketing and/or technical events per month
Coordinating and Guiding Sales Coordinators on daily/weekly planning and sales targets
Ensuring customers pay as per the agreed credit terms and support accounts team for recoveries
Sales Engineer Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 years of experience in B-to-B industrial product sales to CNC metal cutting Industry
Current knowledge of CNC industry trends and local language will be a plus point
Experience in selling cutting tools, CNC machine tool accessories etc
Hand-on expertise in working on CNC milling and Turning machines will be an added advantage
Proven team playing and leadership skills
Computer literacy with Excel, Power Point and organizational plus problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
