Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate leads for
rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects
(Residential, Commercial, Industrial).
Conduct
site visits
to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
Prepare and deliver
technical presentations, proposals, and financial models
to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Technical Support & Coordination
Collaborate with the
design & engineering team
to prepare customized system designs and BOQs.
Provide
technical support
to clients before, during, and after installation.
Ensure
customer satisfaction
and manage post-sales service and support.
Stay updated on
industry trends, MNRE/Government policies, and competitor activity
.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client communications, and sales progress in
