To achieve profitable growth in lubricant (industrial & automotive), base-oil and grease sales by developing new business, expanding existing accounts and providing technical support to customers, thereby strengthening Hi-Tech Group's position as a preferred trading partner in the region.
Duties and responsibilities include:
o Identify and prioritise prospective customers in manufacturing, automotive, construction, transport fleets and allied sectors.
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, industrial visits, digital enquiries and referrals.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate price, credit terms and annual rate contracts.
o Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and direct OEM/end-user accounts.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews and upsell higher-value lubricant solutions.
o Conduct lube-survey at customer plants, recommend right grades/viscosity, consolidation and drain-interval optimisation.
Resolve product-performance complaints in coordination with principal suppliers' technical teams.
o Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets (volume & revenue).
Submit daily visit reports through CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts, competitor intelligence and market feedback.
