We are seeking a Sales Engineer to manage pan-India customer accounts for our Deep Tech portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales operations--from RFQ management and quote generation to order processing, invoicing, field visits, and coordination with logistics and suppliers.
This role offers a blend of inside sales, key account management, and technical sales exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming RFQs from pan-India clients and respond with timely and accurate quotations
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for pricing, lead times, and product availability
Convert POs into internal sales orders, manage dispatch schedules, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
Maintain records of quotations, orders, invoices, and dispatches through CRM and internal tools
Conduct field visits and technical discussions with key customers (project review, demos, product integration support)
Ensure timely customer follow-ups and post-sales coordination (payment follow-up, invoice queries, support)
Regularly interact with Product Managers for product updates, lead sharing, and application guidance
Joint visits with FAE on field
Track monthly sales pipeline, prepare reports, and assist in sales forecast planning
Participate in technical expos, conferences, and on-ground demo activities across India when required
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related stream
Experience: 3-5 years in technical sales, application engineering, or inside sales in electronics/embedded/RF industry
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of quotation preparation and negotiation
Good understanding of electronic components ,wireless -ethernet network
Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel reporting, documentation, and managing structured sales data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to manage client relationships independently
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demos, or field trials ( 50% travel across India )
