Job Title: Sales Engineer - Gulf Business
Location: Gulf Region (NAGPUR- MAHARSHTRA)
Industry: Construction, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Engineering Products, etc.
Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / Country Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage business across assigned territory in the Gulf region.
Identify and pursue new customer leads, project opportunities, and sales partnerships.
Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Execute product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Ensure timely quotation submissions, order processing, and delivery coordination.
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and prepare business reports.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Technical Support) to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation for quotations, contracts, and sales records.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (preferred).
Experience:
o 3-10 years of experience in B2B or project sales in the Gulf region.
o Prior experience in [your industry] preferred.
Skills:
o Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
o Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Proven experience working in multi-cultural environments.
o Familiar with regional business laws and procurement processes.
Other: Valid driving license preferred.
