Identify and develop new business opportunities in metallurgical and industrial sectors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable materials, alloys, and metallurgical solutions.
Conduct metallurgical testing (hardness, tensile, microstructure) and support failure analysis when required.
Provide technical guidance on heat treatment.
Present products/solutions to customers through demos, trials, and technical presentations.
Collaborate with team to address metallurgical and customer application issues.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategy.
