Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine tool applications, specifications, and operations.

- Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase machine tool capabilities and features.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as engineering, service, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support.

Requirements and Skills:

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine tools, including CNC machining centers, turning centers, grinding machines, and other metalworking equipment.
