Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN Products in allocated area to existing + new customers to meet individual / team targets and organization's business objectives.
Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries, creating awareness about product features / applications and developing sales. Customer Relationship Management
Promotion of new concepts of technology / new products introduced by the division.
Developing strategic technical sales tools / arguments for different products.
Lost order analysis.
Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas / customers.
Resolution of customer complaints.
