The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting the company's products/services, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers
Explain product features and benefits clearly
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain good relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with internal and technical teams
Prepare basic sales reports and follow-ups
